Our Team

Kathy joined the agency in 1978 and in 1982 obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor degree. She brought computers into the agency in 1985 and has been instrumental in keeping up to date in automation. With over 45 years of experience, she is dedicated to helping the agency’s clients with their insurance needs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Janiece joined the agency in 1993 and obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) in 1995. She has a passion for helping those with insurance needs and is as dedicated to her profession as she is to her family and friends.

Janice has 20+ years of insurance experience and is ready to help you with your insurance needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends along with cooking and gardening.

Olivia joined our team of personal insurance account managers in 2022. She has grown up in the insurance industry and enjoys getting to know our clients and taking care of their insurance needs. Olivia spent many years in ballet, dedicated to practice, skill and art.

Sherry joined our team in 2024, bringing experience in customer service in the finance and medical industry over the past 40 years. Sherry will utilize her customer service background to help our clients.

Daryl graduated from Drake University with a degree in insurance and went on to obtain his Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) degree. With over 35 years of experience, he is dedicated to making sure agency clients are protected. Daryl enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, golfing, traveling and time on the beach.

Shirley has been in the insurance industry for 24 years. Her goal is to help clients protect their lifestyle and put together the right insurance program specific to their needs. When she is not at work, Shirley can be found spending time with her family and two dogs. She enjoys reading, scuba diving and hanging out with friends.

Tangie joined our agency in 2006 and became our health insurance specialist, including individual and group health, as well as Medicare. She keeps up with all the many changes in this field, as well as the personal lines side. Tangie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Codi is new to the team and insurance industry, joining us in 2023. She has a passion for helping others and is a hard and dedicated worker, never afraid to tackle something new. She loves spending time outdoors, with her family and friends, and creating fine art.
